Do I have to make payment in advance?

Yes, you will have to make full payment in advance at the time you are placing an order for your desired items. After the payment is done, we will process the purchasing request for you. 
 
If we are unable to purchase the item, we will notify you within 72 hours and will refund the amount you paid. You can either take this refund in your backpack credit to use for your next item or you can take the refund just the way you paid it in the first place. For example: if you pay for the item using bKash then we will refund the amount in bKash only.
